"The change I want to see starts with me"

Michael Jackson's song man in the mirror exemplifies this evoking and inspiring change from within, evoking and inspiring change from within according to the lyrics "If you want to make this world a better place, take a look at your self and make a change" it simple says that if we want to attain changes in our life or even the people around us first we need to change from within or from our own self say for example if we want to change the impression of other people specially from other country and our government as well that the biggest problem of our country today is the exceeding number of out of school youth, due to this they may lead by using illegal drugs and committed crimes and by that as a youth leader and as STIers i want to prove to them what our national hero said as i coated "The youth is the hope of our mother land". In my own little ways i can impart my knowledge as what i have learned from school specially how to become upright and socially responsible member not only in the community but also in our country in addition to that by helping government program to eradicate or lessen the increasing number of out of school youth as well as conducting or engaging them to sports and other purposeful activity.therefore we have the power in our own hands if one person can make a difference imagine the largest continent can do when it works together.
